- Provide first and second-line IT support to internal employees and external contractors;
- Manage user accounts and access rights across systems;
- Ensure proper IT asset management in line with internal procedures;
- Perform service and system operations including regular and ad-hoc maintenance to meet availability and security requirements;
- Monitor and report on system performance metrics covering availability capacity and security;
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner escalating to third-party vendors when necessary;
- Handle system updates and deployments in accordance with internal guidelines;
- Fulfil user requests in line with established SLAs;
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager related to IT infrastructure and support.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related technical field;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Solid experience with ITSM tools preferably ServiceNow;
- Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence;
- Strong proficiency in GitHub including version control branching strategies and code review workflows;
- Hands-on experience with AWS particularly in deploying monitoring and maintaining cloud-based environments;
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher);
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software systems;
- High level of responsibility reliability and autonomy;
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and execute tasks accurately;
- Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
