- You have a minimal mbo-4 degree and 1 years of relevant experience;
- Genuine interest in IT with strong motivation to learn and grow;
- Positive solution-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills;
- Basic Windows troubleshooting knowledge;
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
- Some hands-on experience with computer hardware troubleshooting;
- Familiar with end-user applications such as Office365 Teams SharePoint OneDrive is an advantage;
- Willingness to work fully on-site.
- Understanding of network fundamentals and willingness to learn cabling/switch configuration
