We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team and provide day-to-day technical assistance to our this role you will be responsible for solving hardware and software issues supporting business applications and ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment within our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical problems related to user hardware (laptops printers monitors etc.).
- Providing user support for Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with Microsoft Windows systems.
- Installing and configuring new systems as well as managing and administering them according to internal requirements.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of networking equipment in cooperation with the Group IT department.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 1st line IT support or similar position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems.
- Experience in basic Office 365 administration.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Ability to diagnose and locate network issues will be an asset.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
- Commitment independence and reliability.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Polish & English (min. B2) - cooperation with Global IT.
Additional Information :
Hybrid work model 3 days per week from Inetum office in Warsaw
