W Sydney is now casting for a Rooms Controller reporting to the Welcome Manager.
If you are passionate and charismatic have outstanding communication skills zealous about creating a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for customers strive to provide personalized and attentive service that exceeds guests expectations then this exciting role is for you.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing room allocations according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible. Ensures that general enquiries are handled whilst delivering service excellence through each guest experiences and appropriately communicates with the team in relation to room requests/check-out changes etc. Overall should be able to balance the needs of their team their guests and the business itself while maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement. This requires strong organizational and communication skills as well as a good understanding of the guest journey.
