Senior Project Manager:
Job Purpose:
The project Manager (Sr) is responsible for managing complex projects from planning through delivery being accountable for building and maintaining the planning budget as well as the risk and contingency change management communications and resource plans following Ocasa Life Sciences Project Management Processes.
Responsabilities:
- Manages complex projects from planning through delivery.
- Defines project goals scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develops defined project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocations when necessary in consultation with the different areas.
- Tracks project progress monitors milestones and reports on project status to stakeholders.
- Liaises between project members cross-functional teams external vendors and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables requirements schedules cost and meeting plans are communicated.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines tasks milestones and deadlines.
- Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders.
- Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
- Prepares agendas meeting notes and project summaries.
- Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
- Identifies potential risks and develops strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Motivates project teams ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with lots of inter and external dependencies.
- University degree in an Engineering discipline would be a plus.
- PMP PRINCE SCRUM MASTER or any other project management certification is required.
- Deep and strong knowledge and background of Project management tools and methodologies (agile waterfall).
- Experience in managing high impact complex Transformation Projects related to people process improvement new technologies or new services implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Very strong organization skills with demonstrated experience on handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative yet pragmatic problem-solving abilities. Methodical and hands on approach with orientation to detail.
- Experience working across all company areas and working with all levels of the organization.
- Logistics experience is required.
- English advanced level at a minimum.
