You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLead the preparation of accurate and timely group consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and local GAAPs (including US GAAP where applicable).
Coordinate month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
Manage inter-company reconciliations eliminations and FX-related accounting.
Design and maintain an effective internal control environment aligned with SOX-lite and audit best practices.
Ensure compliance with financial policies fraud risk management protocols and operational control standards.
Collaborate with Treasury to manage cash positioning bank relationships and FX liquidity.
Monitor working capital and cash flow efficiency across all business units.
Oversee external audit processes across jurisdictions and manage auditor relationships.
Ensure tax compliance including statutory filings transfer pricing and regulatory audit readiness (Nigeria US and other locations).
Lead implementation and optimization of ERP and accounting tools (e.g. NetSuite) to support automation and reporting accuracy.
Standardize financial operations processes across all subsidiaries.
Deliver financial insights to the CFO Board and executive team to support strategy fundraising and expansion initiatives.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; professional certification (e.g. ACA ACCA CPA) required.
Minimum of 7 years experience in a senior finance or financial control role ideally within a multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS financial consolidation FX accounting and control frameworks.
Proven experience in audit coordination tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and process automation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting executive-level reporting and board presentations.
