Role Overview
We are hiring individuals with a background or strong interest in HR recruiting or people operations who are now ready to launch a career in Workday HCM consulting. You will be trained and certified in Workday HCM modules like Core HR Recruiting Absence and Compensation and will support real-world implementation projects for global clients.
This role is ideal for both fresh graduates and HR professionals looking to transition into technology and consulting. We welcome candidates who bring hands-on HR experience and are excited to apply it through the lens of enterprise systems and AI.
Alongside Workday training you will receive structured coaching in consulting communication and AI-enabled productivity preparing you to become a high-impact HCM consultant of the future.
Responsibilities
- Get certified in Workday HCM modules: Core HR Recruiting Absence Compensation Talent
- Business process configuration reporting and security
- Work with clients to gather HR requirements and configure solutions
- Support Workday HCM implementation and go-live cycles
- Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation data validation and reporting
- Participate in client workshops testing and user training
- Contribute to internal accelerators and best practices in HR transformation
Requirements
- MBA (HR preferred) or Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field
- Open to fresh graduates and working professionals in HR or recruiting roles looking to switch to IT/consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in HR technology SaaS and consulting
- Comfort with using AI tools such as ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot etc.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with any HRMS platforms (Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Zoho People)
- Understanding of HR analytics process automation or org design
- Prior use of AI tools in HR workflows documentation or analysis
