Job Description
- Lead and motivate the hospitality team providing guidance training and support to maximise performance and ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee food and beverage service demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products menus ingredients and allergens.
- Manage stock control including monthly stock takes par levels and ordering.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service resolving issues professionally and working collaboratively with other departments to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including health & safety hygiene and employment law.
- Manage the till system troubleshooting issues as necessary.
- Actively problem-solve and use initiative to maintain excellent service standards.
- Take responsibility for staff management including briefing training and development.
- Deputise for line manager when required and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance guest experience and contribute to the development of frontline teams.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Previous managerial experience in hospitality with proven ability to manage functions for 200 guests and facilitate restaurant service for 400 guests
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers staff and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills with a customer-centric approach focusing on delivering exceptional service and problem-solving
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations including cost control quality assurance and licensing laws
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
