Qualifications :

- Have prior experience in the gaming industry (e.g. iGaming online casino lottery)
- Have Senior-level product management experience ideally as a Head or Director of Product
- Proven success managing and developing multiple product managers and leading delivery across the full product lifecyclefrom ideation through execution and iteration
- Strong leadership capability with experience building high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional alignment
- Balance strategy with action stepping in to remove roadblocks when needed.
- Understand gaming entertainment and player engagement mechanics.
- Communicate and align stakeholders ensuring product and business goals connect.
- Leverage data and market insights to inform product decisions.

This is an in-office leadership role requiring close collaboration with key stakeholders and teams.
You must be based in or willing to relocate to one of the following locations:
- Gibraltar (minimum 4 days a week in the office)
- London (minimum 3 days a week in the office)
- Sofia (minimum 3 days a week in the office)
