As a Strategic Development Program Trainee you will progress through a five phased program learning every aspect of our business from operations to sales purchasing shipping and receiving account management and everything in between.
Phase 1 Warehouse Logistics Develop HVAC Product knowledge and warehouse leadership skills. Assist the sales team in coordinating projects shipments and receiving inventory.
Phase 2 Operations Get involved in our customer service counter sales order management inventory and pricing controls credit management financial statements and more.
Phase 3 Inside Sales/Project Management Build powerful relationships with our contractors and coordinate large-scale projects.
Phase 4 Outside Sales/Account Management Learn how to find new business opportunities negotiate contracts and build new customer relationships.
Phase 5 Placement In this phase you can take all your training and determine your ideal career path.
