Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide young graduates with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the companys operations. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and rotational assignments aimed at developing future professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning across departments.
- Support day-to-day operations under the supervision of senior staff.
- Assist in research data collection and reporting tasks.
- Demonstrate initiative adaptability and commitment to learning.
- Complete all assigned projects and meet performance milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or HND in any relevant discipline (Engineering Sciences Business or Social Sciences).
- Must have completed NYSC.
- 01 year post-NYSC experience.
- Strong analytical communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a structured work environment.
