Who You Are:
You are a proactive and strategic Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. You excel at identifying high-caliber talent managing the full recruitment cycle and implementing hiring strategies that align with business goals. You have a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders ensuring the right talent joins our ventures.
What You Bring:
2 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR ideally within startups
Strategic mindset to identify and attract top talent for growing ventures
Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage with high-level candidates
Ability to manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
Excellent communication skills to engage persuade and build relationships
Adaptability to solve hiring challenges and scale teams efficiently
Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement

Lead the full recruitment cycle ensuring we attract and retain top talent
Identify and engage high-potential candidates across various sectors (tech proptech venture building)
