Job Description

We are an innovative venture incubator focused on launching and expanding high-impact startups in the technology and real estate innovation sectors serving Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Alongside our core activities our advisory division delivers premium consultancy services and strategic guidance collaborating with governmental bodies and major corporations to develop sustainable forward-thinking solutions.

We go beyond investment we conceive refine develop and scale businesses that define the future.

Location: Fully Remote Flexible schedule but may require availability for meetings in Saudi Arabia time zone.

Contract: Full-time 1-year contract)

Probation Period: 3 months

Who You Are:

You are a proactive and strategic Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. You excel at identifying high-caliber talent managing the full recruitment cycle and implementing hiring strategies that align with business goals. You have a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders ensuring the right talent joins our ventures.

What You Bring:

2 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR ideally within startups

Strategic mindset to identify and attract top talent for growing ventures

Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage with high-level candidates

Ability to manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

Excellent communication skills to engage persuade and build relationships

Adaptability to solve hiring challenges and scale teams efficiently

Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement

What You ll Do:

Lead the full recruitment cycle ensuring we attract and retain top talent

Identify and engage high-potential candidates across various sectors (tech proptech venture building)

Develop and implement hiring strategies that align with our growth and impact-driven mission

Represent our culture and values effectively communicating our vision to potential hires

Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously refine our talent acquisition approach
