Job Description
Customer Support Specialist (Dutch English) Work Remotely from Anywhere in Portugal!
Looking for a stable full-time remote job with a leading tech company while staying right here in Portugal Were hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist small and medium-sized businesses with digital advertising tools. Youll start with one month of on-site training in Lisbon and then enjoy the flexibility of working fully remote from anywhere in the country!
What Youll Do:

Help customers via phone email and chat

Provide pre- and post-sales support
-
Assist with account navigation advertising tools and campaign management
-
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and share feedback
What Were Looking For:
-
Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English (B2/C1)

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Positive service-oriented mindset
-
Tech-savvy or open to learning (training provided!)
-
Legal right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid permit)
Schedule & Training:
-
Monday to Friday 9:0017:00 (no weekends!)

1 month of on-site training in Lisbon
-
Fully remote after training work from anywhere in Portugal!
