Description of the role:
Join Metro Kia of Madison as a valuable member of our team in the role of CASHIER/ADVISOR ASSISTANT. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Assist in checking customers out
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
-Managing our Loaner Vehicles
Our team at Metro Kia of Madison is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a CASHIER/ADVISOR ASSISTANT. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cash-handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries
- Support advisors with administrative tasks
- Managing our loaner vehicles (checking them in and checking them out)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Benefits:
Compensation of $18.00 per hour paid bi-weekly. Additionally we offer opportunities for growth and development within the company.
