About the job Team Lead - Healthcare (Cebu)

Nature Of the Account: Healthcare

Shift Schedule Restdays: US Business hours; Weekends off

Type of Support: Voice

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cebu)

Educational Requirement: College Gradute

Work Experience:

Well versed in a Healthcare account (US benefits)
Has relevant experience in supervisory role for 2 years
Knowledge: Conflict/Complaints management HIPAA
