They are ambitious to grow at 2X in the next three years and are looking for senior leaders to support and sustain the growth. They provide best-in-class FM solutions to large retail and mall clients ensuring operational excellence safety and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced India Lead FM Operations to drive our Mall and retail Facility Management business across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations maintaining high-quality service standards strengthening client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: This is a pan-Indian role that oversees and manages end-to-end FM operations for Mall and retail clients across India ensuring optimal service delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their priorities pain points and expectations to drive high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership & Process Management: Lead mentor and manage a team of FM professionals across multiple locations to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- EHS & Compliance: Adhere to Environmental Health and safety (EHS) regulations and risk mitigation strategies fostering a safe working environment.
- Business Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and support business development efforts for new client acquisitions.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage financials optimize operational costs and ensure profitability while maintaining service excellence. This is a P&L role for the verticle and is expected to deliver targetted profitability and topline.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with vendors suppliers and internal stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
- Technology & Process Improvement: Implement best practices automation and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Education: A bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical electronic or related). An MBA or certification in Facility Management or IHM full-time qualification can be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Facility Management with a strong background in Mall & retail operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail and mall facility operations customer service expectations and operational challenges. An understanding of the dynamism and changing landscape of FM deliveries
- Client Management: Proven track record of managing large retail/mall clients with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership team management and decision-making abilities.
- EHS & Compliance: Expertise in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards and risk management.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets drive cost efficiencies and enhance profitability.
- Technology & Innovation: Familiarity with innovative building solutions automation and digital FM tools will be advantageous.
- Geographical Exposure: Experience handling multi-location operations across India is highly preferred.
