Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary contact for clients queries/concerns towards the quality of our product
- Collect the queries/concerns from clients and align the action items with clients for deep dive investigation
- Work with internal supporting team to investigate the root cause according to the aligned direction and come up with reasonable and solid explanation
- Work with Account team to fine-tune the explanation and integrate market insights to provide a bigger picture
- Complete the investigation in a professional and timely manner and deliver the explanation to clients in a precise and concise wayin order to address their concerns and strength their trust in our product
- Monitor client satisfaction towards our products on a regular basis so as to identify areas for client satisfaction improvement
- Provide suggestions to internal stakeholders to improve our product as well as to optimize working process in order to provide best in class products to clients
- Lead the product enhancement roll out. Ensure the benefits of the enhancement are well articulated to clients and address their potential questions
- Team coaching and development
Qualifications :
ABOUTYOU
As an associate manager of CPG Response Team you will service a group of clients in order to address their queries and concerns towards the quality of our product via working collectively with internal supporting team (GTOP/Dsci) and Account team (CBP/Client delivery team).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Over3 years FMCG/Service/Retail/Market Research related industry experience desired
- Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness
- Very Good Communication and Collaboration Skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient written/spoken English
- Familiarization of the Retail Index is a plus.
