Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations inventory control and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Leading the department managing training scheduling and performance.
- Ensure timely picking packing and delivery with minimal errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes and maintain SOPs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- With retail / FMCG background
- Experience in omni-channel or e-commerce warehousing
