Job Description
Full-time salaried position plus benefits (medical dental vision HSA IRA and PTO). Starting salary range: $70K - $80K.
Woodlake Community Association (WCA) is currently seeking a highly motivated team-oriented professional to provide leadership for the financial operations of the company. This position leads the finance accounting membership and administration departments and is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory matters.
The Director of Finance and Administration also oversees the annual budget annual audit and provides financial guidance to the homeowners Board of Directors. Director will work with the rest of the Woodlake Leadership Team to ensure fiscal responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Management experience with five years of related experience (three of which were in a supervisory role). Bachelors degree in finance or accounting is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills interpersonal abilities and flexible work style are necessary. Diplomacy tact and the ability to work with a variety of people in a variety of situations are essential. Must be able to meet deadlines and manage interruptions and handle requests efficiently successfully supervise full-time and part-time staff and have strong computer proficiency. Starting salary: $70000 to $80000 plus benefits (medical dental vision HSA IRA Life and PTO).
