BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Assistive Care State Programs office in Charlotte NC and we want you on our team!

What Youll Do as a Scheduling Coordinator:
- Deliver Exceptional Service Ensure clients receive outstanding home health care with compassion and reliability.
- Manage & Coordinate Care Oversee scheduling client needs and service coordination.
- Build Relationships Develop strong connections with clients caregivers referral sources and community partners.
- Grow & Expand Manage and proactively increase your caseload to help more clients in need.
- Collaborate & Lead Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees.
- Monitor Performance Oversee key metrics and ensure efficient fiscal management of your caseload.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree (Required)
- Experience in healthcare home care or medical office preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility & meet goals
- Ambitious motivated and eager to grow
- Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus!)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
