POSITION SUMMARY:
Kids In Distress and Family Central are hiring a part-time Success Coach to support the Bridge to Stability: Emergency Financial Support Program. This role supports ALICE (Asset Limited Income Constrained and Employed) families by providing direct services connecting them to critical resources and helping them navigate financial challenges.
As a Success Coach you will guide participants from initial engagement through personalized coaching and follow-through services. Youll ensure families receive the resources referrals and encouragement they need to thrive while contributing to impact measurement through timely reporting and thoughtful data tracking. This role offers the chance to collaborate with passionate teammates participate in community events and support workshops and initiatives that transform lives-ideal for someone with a heart for service strong organizational skills and a commitment to making a meaningful difference. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience providing direct client services preferably with ALICE populations. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish comfortable working with diverse populations and flexible and available part-time 24 hours to respond to participant needs.

This position requires the ability to travel regularly to various client locations within the assigned service area. While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit stand walk and drive for extended periods. The role may involve navigating a variety of indoor and outdoor environments including ascending and descending stairs and walking on uneven surfaces. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move materials and supplies up to 25 pounds. The position also requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer telephone and other office equipment and the ability to view a computer screen for extended periods. Verbal and written communication skills are essential as is the ability to engage with clients and team members in person and remotely.
