Role Outline
As a Project Manager at Charles Square you will take full ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of all assigned IT projects. Acting with complete autonomy you will lead every aspect of the project lifecycleplanning execution delivery and closurewhile being the single point of accountability for both technical and financial performance. You will be the primary interface with clients managing updates communications and changes directly including those of a technical or commercial nature.
This role requires a proactive leader with a proven track record of independently managing complex projects and engaging confidently with C-level executives technical directors and stakeholders across organisations of all sizes. You must be able to drive decisions influence outcomes and maintain control over scope timelines and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
What you will need to succeed
Project Ownership & Delivery
Independently plan lead and execute multiple concurrent IT projects.
Define and manage scope deliverables schedules and resources with full autonomy.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the sole point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Maintain strong trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders including C-suite and technical directors.
Communicate clearly manage expectations and address changes with confidence and authority.
Change Risk & Issue Management
Lead all change management effortstechnical strategic and financial.
Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively ensuring minimal disruption.
Resource & Vendor Coordination
Direct internal teams and external vendors with authority to ensure seamless execution.
Allocate resources effectively managing dependencies and performance.
Financial Management
Own and manage project budgets forecasting and financial reporting.
Ensure cost efficiency and value delivery in line with client and company objectives.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Guarantee that all project deliverables meet or exceed client and industry standards.
Oversee testing validation and formal handovers.
Project Reporting & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation including plans reports meeting records and change logs.
Provide clear accurate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
