Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will support internal and external communications initiatives ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This role requires excellent writing organizational and interpersonal skills to manage communications materials coordinate campaigns and assist with strategic planning efforts.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement communication strategies and campaigns.
Draft edit and proofread internal memos newsletters and press releases.
Maintain and update company documentation and communication templates.
Assist in organizing company meetings presentations and public-facing events.
Collaborate with departments to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
Monitor communication timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Support crisis communication efforts when needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
