1)Support management by providing HR advice counsel and solutions on topics such as organizational change competency and people development leadership development etc. Act as a change agent in organizational development (OD) initiatives.
2)Manage key HR processes including Succession Planning Performance Management Talent Review and Validation Annual Salary Review and Associate Development.
3)Understand associate needs and actively participate in communication sessions related to Associate Surveys.
4)Serve as an HR consultant to business managers on people-related issues and employee relations (ER) cases.
Key Responsibility 2 HR Projects (15%)
Act as project owner for key HR initiatives such as the PCd Development Program and the HR Academy.
Additional Tasks (5%)
Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager as needed.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree or above.
Work Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR field with solid experience in an HR Business Partner role. Experience in manufacturing automotive or high-tech industries is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset with strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of interacting effectively with all levels of leadership and associates.
Solid knowledge of the Labor Contract Law and relevant legal regulations.
Language: Proficiency in English as it is the working language.
