Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the City Clerk this employee has primary responsibility for election processes record retention for the City and administrative support for City council. Performs responsible clerical and secretarial duties in support of the activities and services of the City Clerks Office. May be responsible for taking the Minutes for City Council Meetings Planning Commission Meetings Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings Local Officers Compensation Commission and maintaining the care and custody of official City Records. Provides public records information and ensures insurance requirements are met by all contractors.
