Deputy Manager Nursing Home (Hertfordshire)
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager on behalf of our client a well-established nursing home in the Hertfordshire area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in care home management. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
This is a full-time on-site position offering a competitive salary and the potential for a discretionary bonus.
