What Youll Be Doing
- Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
- Oversee jobsite coordination ensuring timely and quality installations.
- Install ductwork thermostats and system components per job specifications.
- Perform system start-ups and verify functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues or system malfunctions.
- Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
- Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites promoting safety and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in HVAC installation with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid HVAC certification and EPA license.
- Proficient in reading blueprints wiring diagrams and system schematics.
- Strong ability to guide teams manage timelines and communicate effectively.
- Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
