Description:
Manager Data Engineering
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data Engineering to lead a team focused on building scalable data infrastructure for Retail Media Network (RMN) initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise in GCP strong leadership skills and a passion for driving data-driven media monetization strategies.
Your Impact:
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.
- Architect and oversee the development of data pipelines using BigQuery Dataflow Cloud Composer and GCS.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in ETL data warehousing and event streaming.
- Partner with product analytics and media teams to deliver high-impact data solutions for RMN monetization.
- Ensure data governance security and compliance across all engineering efforts.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cloud data engineering and media monetization.
Your Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of experience in data engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency in BigQuery GCS Dataflow and Cloud Composer.
- Strong background in ETL architecture data warehousing and event streaming.
- Advanced Python skills for data engineering and automation.
- Proven experience working with Retail Media Network (RMN) data and media monetization strategies.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
