Position: Salesforce - Team Lead
Location: Chennai
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design develop and implement FSC features using standard and custom components.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience on Salesforce solution design in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud FSC is preferable.
- FSC features implementation experience with flows & Omni Studio expertise.
- Define low level technical design and integration design.
- In-depth understanding of TDLC life cycle
- Ability to drive development team as per delivery plan
- In depth understanding of Salesforce secured coding best practices
- Good understanding of Banking Industry and CRM domain
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and Business Analysts.
- Good communication skills
