Position: Salesforce - Team Lead

Location: Chennai

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Design develop and implement FSC features using standard and custom components.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience on Salesforce solution design in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud FSC is preferable.
FSC features implementation experience with flows & Omni Studio expertise.
Define low level technical design and integration design.
In-depth understanding of TDLC life cycle
Ability to drive development team as per delivery plan
In depth understanding of Salesforce secured coding best practices
Good understanding of Banking Industry and CRM domain
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and Business Analysts.
Good communication skills
