About the Role
We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to oversee project execution ensure timely delivery and coordinate across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and hands-on technical knowledge in Java.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines scope and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders development teams and leadership.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Identify risks resolve issues and manage dependencies across projects.
- Provide status updates and act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related activities.
- Leverage technical knowledge in Java to better understand project requirements and guide teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Project Delivery Lead / Project Manager / Delivery Manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of Java with ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive teams toward project success.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC and best practices in project delivery.
- Familiarity with JIRA Confluence or other project tracking tools.
