Job Summary

What Youll Do

Supervise and work with crews to keep projects on schedule and on spec
Read blueprints and coordinate with project managers & subcontractors
Ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards PPE daily safety checks)
Maintain high quality workmanship while mentoring apprentices/journeymen
Track daily progress and help resolve on-site challenges

What Were Looking For

5 years of construction trade experience with leadership background
Strong knowledge of construction methods tools and safety standards
Ability to read drawings and communicate clearly with crews & management
OSHA 30 (preferred) valid drivers license and reliable transportation
