What Youll Be Doing
- Engage with Costco shoppers to introduce them to Polestars HVAC services
- Educate customers on current promotions and service benefits
- Capture accurate customer information and set up appointments for in-home estimates
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence in-store
- Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team

Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work retail hours including weekends
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
