The Role:
Are you a detail-oriented contract expert who thrives in a fast-paced mission-driven environment LeeSar/CSF is seeking a Contract Manager to take the lead on high-impact contract negotiations and supplier partnerships that directly support our healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage supplier contracts SLAs pricing and terms.
- Ensure all contracts meet legal and compliance standards.
- Analyze contract performance and KPIs to improve outcomes.
- Resolve issues with vendors promptly and professionally.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in contract management.

Qualifications
The Successful Candidate will bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field
- 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field
