What Youll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office including front office and clinical coordination
- Lead coach and mentor staff to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Manage patient scheduling billing and insurance processing
- Ensure compliance with OSHA HIPAA and other regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the dental providers to maintain high-quality patient experiences
- Monitor practice metrics and implement strategies to meet performance goals
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience in dental office management (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Invested in company values and motivated to provide a stellar patient experience
- Proficiency with dental practice management software - Open Dental
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of dental insurance AR treatment planning billing procedures and clinical workflows
