- Direct Outreach: Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls emails and site visits.
Sales Execution
- Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements to design tailored biogas solutions with the technical team.
- Proposal & Presentation: Create compelling proposals and present them persuasively highlighting ROI and benefits.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations and close sales contracts to achieve targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and forecast performance in CRM.

- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 5 years in direct sales (B2B/B2C) preferably in renewable energy industrial equipment or waste management sectors.
