Marketing Coordinator
Compensation: Starting hourly pay of $19 to $23 an hour three performance-based bonuses a year!
Location: Salina KS

What Youll Do
As a Marketing & Advertising Coordinator you will serve as a linchpin between our creative team internal stakeholders and external vendors. Your role will encompass both tactical execution and logistical coordination to ensure projects are delivered Accurate Complete and Timely (ACT) a core value of Huyetts Culture of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating advertising print and catalog production schedules
- Managing marketing campaign logistics including vendor timelines and deliverables
- Supporting trade shows sponsorship activations and internal communication efforts
- Upholding Huyetts brand standards across digital and physical platforms
- Processing invoices ordering promotional materials and maintaining internal databases
- Conducting competitive analysis to inform campaign decisions

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Marketing Communications or Business (Bachelors degree preferred)
- 13 years of administrative communications or marketing experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP or project management software experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment: Office setting with friendly outgoing team-oriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced productive work environment. Occasionally the candidate will navigate in our manufacturing plant environment to interface with operations teammates.
