Job Title - Workday Finance Tester
Location - PAN India
Experience - 5- 10 Years
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workday Finance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the Workday Finance module to ensure its functionality accuracy and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of finance processes and Workday systems along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of the Workday Finance module including functional integration and regression testing.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Identify and document defects inconsistencies and issues and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Collaborate with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data within the Workday system.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements providing testing support and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress issues and resolutions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing documentation including test plans test cases and test results.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in Workday Finance module testing with a strong understanding of finance processes and systems.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
