Job Description
Content Intern
Help us deliver exceptional events
Youll work with our Content Team to manage speaker logistics and create digital content for our pharma events. This role gives you hands-on experience in event management while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.
What youll do:
- Set up and manage Speaker Collection Forms on Smartsheet
- Contact speakers about deadlines and collect their presentation materials
- Keep content agendas updated on our websites and event platforms
- Add speaker information to our database
- Help prepare on-site briefs for speakers
- Create digital content including banners and social graphics
- Collect missing information from speakers and companies
- Support our monthly webinar series with uploads and updates
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing Communications or Event Management
- Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Smartsheet is helpful but not required
- Basic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Detail-oriented approach with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting
