Join me Sebastian (CEO @Flea) as my right hand and help us grow Flea into a category-defining company.
Flea is a venture-backed startup helping engineering leaders understand whats really blocking their teams by combining structured developer feedback with organizational context.
Were backed by unicorn founders and CTOs and used by engineering teams at Tonies Beat81 Instaffo and more.
Tasks
About the role
This is a high-agency growth-focused role where youll learn startup growth from the inside. Youll work directly with me on everything related to growth (campaigns community content and outreach) and get full freedom to test your ideas.
Youll:
- Grow and run our Dev Leaders Lunch Club a curated peer community for senior engineering leaders
- Plan and organize real-world meetups with engineering leaders across Europe
- Assist in demand generation via LinkedIn email campaigns
- Support LinkedIn content creation and build our followership
- Ideate and run growth experiments across channels and communities
- Help shape how we show up in the European tech scene
Your work will directly shape how we show up in the market attract customers and build momentum.
What success looks like
- You create buzz and engagement in the engineering leadership community
- You generate qualified leads through smart outbound campaigns
- You help position Flea as the go-to platform for modern engineering leaders
Requirements
You might be a fit if
- Youve worked in sales marketing or community-driven roles before
- Youre proactive self-directed and hold yourself to a high bar
- You genuinely care about startups AI and developer tools
- You want to build your own company soon
- Bonus: Youve organized meetups or built a following online
- Bonus: Youve done internships in startups VC or consulting
- Extra bonus: Youre a nerd about growth and communities with a soft spot for automation hacks (make n8n & co)

The details
- Internship length: 6 months
- Location: Berlin (in-office)
- Start date: ASAP
- Salary: Competitive internship compensation
- Possibility to convert into a full-time role (incl. equity) or continue as a working student
