We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join our team in the beautiful coastal city of Hurghada Egypt. As a key member of our leadership team you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of F&B professionals across multiple outlets including restaurants bars banquets and in-room dining
- Analyze financial performance control costs and optimize productivity across all F&B operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting menu concepts and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality products at competitive prices
- Drive marketing initiatives to promote F&B offerings and increase revenue
- Continuously monitor industry trends and implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and manage the annual F&B budget including forecasting and regular performance reviews
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and address guest feedback promptly and effectively
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management preferably in luxury or lifestyle resort settings
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple F&B outlets including restaurants bars banquets and in-room dining
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and profit & loss management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of hospitality management software
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends menu engineering and pricing strategies
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests team members and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to multitask prioritize and make decisive actions in a fast-paced environment
- Arabic mother tongue Fluency in English; or other languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
