Join Adobe as a Software Development Manager working on Adobe After Effects in Seattle WA where you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of digital experiences. What youll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to successfully implement high-quality software products

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify project requirements and meet ambitious timelines

• Coordinate the entire software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance

• Make sure the team follows industry standards and upholds a high level of code quality and performance

• Foster a culture of inclusion collaboration and continuous improvement within the team

What you need to succeed

• Knowledge of Motion Graphics Video Editing or 3D Engine software preferred

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in software development and managing engineering teams

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects to completion with flawless execution

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on encouraging a collaborative team environment

• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
