Position Overview:
This position is for a Campaign Lead for our RF Ground Campaign. This role requires a strong understanding of the RF domain as well as the ability to work closely with our technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions from concept and shaping through execution. This position will involve regular engagement and relationship management with USG Stakeholders as well as Mission Partners teammates Prime Contractors and Subcontractors. This position will work closely with Business Unit Leadership across Engineering Program Ops and Strategy/Business Development to shape and execute strategy for the RF Ground Campaign and is responsible for growth and profit/loss throughout the program lifecycle from shaping to capture and through execution and sustainment. Additionally this position will be asked to partner with Executive Leadership to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders and decision makers to support growth and execution across ARKA campaigns.

Pay Range: $170000 - $210000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills education and experience.
