RF Test Technician

JOB TITLE: RF Test Technician
LOCATION: Clearwater FL
PAY RATE: $26-30/hour

Summary:

• Sets up and conducts tests on electronic circuit card assemblies RF circuits and subassemblies following established procedures standards and sequences.

• Lays out and assembles electronic equipment based on design specifications adjusts and calibrates systems as required and troubleshoots malfunctions to the component level.

• Uses hand and power tools along with test instruments such as digital multimeters oscilloscopes network analyzers signal generators and RF power meters.

• Analyzes test results recommends equipment or product improvements and assists engineers in developing test procedures for new products.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus specialized technical training (Associate-level or equivalent) and at least 1 year of relevant experience

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience testing electronic assemblies.

• Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state digital and RF circuits.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office and data collection tools for accurate documentation.

• Experience with flying probe or high-power testing.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Must pass a medical exam.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

• Extensive RF testing experience.

• Familiarity with radar systems.
