What you will be doing

Product Discovery & User Research

• Collaborate with Product Manager to define user problems and validate concepts through customer feedback

• Conduct user interviews surveys and usability tests to inform design direction

UX & UI Design Execution

• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements

• Design intuitive user experiences aligned with product goals

• Ensure consistency with existing UI patterns and maintain brand standards

Design Systems & Scalability

• Contribute to design system to support consistency and speed across the product

• Partner with engineers to ensure proper implementation and design QA

Traits were looking for

(In no certain order)

• Experience: 2 years as a UX/UI Designer

• Product Lifecycle Knowledge: Solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge discussions between product and development.

• Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Jira Figma Notion or equivalent systems.

• Usability Research: Familiarity with usability research methods including surveys interviews or user testing.

BONUS Qualifications:

• Product Analytics: Experience using Pendo or similar product analytics tools.
