Ludus is seeking a UX/UI Product Designer to play a critical role in shaping how users interact with our platform by combining thoughtful product strategy with intuitive accessible design. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end design process from discovery and wire framing to high-fidelity UI and implementation support. Working cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Customer teams the Product Designer ensures every feature is not only functional but delightful helping drive user adoption and business growth.

What you will be doing
Product Discovery & User Research
Collaborate with Product Manager to define user problems and validate concepts through customer feedback
Conduct user interviews surveys and usability tests to inform design direction
UX & UI Design Execution
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements
Design intuitive user experiences aligned with product goals
Ensure consistency with existing UI patterns and maintain brand standards
Design Systems & Scalability
Contribute to design system to support consistency and speed across the product
Partner with engineers to ensure proper implementation and design QA
Traits were looking for

Experience: 2 years as a UX/UI Designer
Product Lifecycle Knowledge: Solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge discussions between product and development.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Jira Figma Notion or equivalent systems.
Usability Research: Familiarity with usability research methods including surveys interviews or user testing.

Product Analytics: Experience using Pendo or similar product analytics tools.
