Would you like to gain hands-on experience with UX UI customer journeys and conversion rate optimisation in an international retail environment Are you motivated by designing digital experiences that not only inform and engage but also create business impact Do you want to learn how we build and optimise a B2B webshop used in 29 countries Then this internship might be the right opportunity to start your career in user experience and digital commerce.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As a UX B2B Intern at JYSK Head Office you will become part of the UX & Insights team and work closely with our B2B department. You will join a professional environment that combines data design and business understanding to create value for our customers. The internship runs for 46 months during spring 2026 and is full-time (37 hours per week) with flexibility to accommodate academic requirements such as courses or writing days.

WHAT YOUR INTERNSHIP WILL BE ABOUT
As our UX B2B Intern you will contribute to the development of a seamless and effective user journey on the B2B webshop from first interaction to conversion.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the internship include:
- Collaborating with UX and B2B teams to design and improve webshop user journeys
- Producing wireframes prototypes and user flows to support and visualise design ideas
- Assisting in creating and maintaining design documentation and guidelines

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new Intern who:
- Is currently studying UX Design Multimedia Design Graphic Design or a related field
- Has a good understanding of UX principles and user-centred design
- Has basic experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Enjoys solving problems creatively and thinking critically
- Is detail-oriented with an interest in improving user journeys and conversion rates
- Is fluent in spoken and written English
- Is eager to learn and contribute as part of a team
