Job Summary

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer youll lead the end-to-end design of key features and user journeys across our platformensuring theyre intuitive impactful and aligned with both user needs and business goals. Youll collaborate closely with product managers engineers and marketers to ship high-quality experiences at speed without compromising on craft.

Own the end-to-end design processfrom research and ideation to prototyping testing and shippingacross web and mobile platforms.
Lead user research & validation to uncover pain points and opportunities for job seekers and employers translating insights into elegant scalable solutions.
Design intuitive accessible and performance-optimized interfaces that drive engagement conversion and trust.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering and marketing teams in an agile fast-paced environment.
Advocate for design quality and consistency by evolving our design system and ensuring cohesive experiences across all touchpoints.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture grounded in user empathy and data-informed decisions.
Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback A/B test results and business metrics.
Balance speed with qualityknowing when to move fast and when to dive deepwithout losing sight of long-term product vision.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience in product design preferably in B2C digital products (marketplaces SaaS or job platforms a strong plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking problem-solving and measurable impact.
Expertise in user research interaction design visual design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Framer Adobe Suite).
Experience working in agile cross-functional teams with a track record of shipping products quickly.
Deep understanding of design systems responsive design and accessibility standards.
Comfortable using quantitative data (analytics A/B tests) alongside qualitative insights to guide decisions.
Excellent communication skillsyou can clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders and engineers alike.
Passion for the future of work talent and employment ecosystems.
