Applicants will perform Level 3 engineering support and incident management.
Clients Productivity Tools team is a part of the Personal Productivity Organization.
The team owns and supports several products within Microsoft 365 including Office Pro Plus multiple add-ins for the MS Office Suite Adobe Acrobat and MindManager.
The Productivity Tools team is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced MS Office Operations Engineer to provide technical expertise & excellent support of our Microsoft 365 product Suite at a Level 3 skillset. This experience should include deep knowledge of Office ProPlus as well as troubleshooting COM add-ins across the Suite Adobe Acrobat and MindManager.

Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
A strong background troubleshooting enterprise Windows Mac (OSX) and iOS environments as well as the MS Office 365 applications that reside on those platforms.
Evolving experience across Level 1 and Level 2 support roles preferably in the technology stack previously described.
Ability to identify dependencies and integration of other applications and services (including Add-Ins) into the OS and Office Platform.
Responsible for engineering and troubleshooting solutions for application KPI improvement across application and OS stack.
Accountable for stability and performance of the OS and Microsoft Office Platform and related applications.
Provides Subject Matter Expertise in the evolution of OS/M365 application framework developed for our internal customers. This SME work includes product selection deployment and security policies.
Responsible for Incident and problem escalation and resolution for OS and M365 platforms.
Leads OS/M365 application security and vulnerability remediations.
Helps to define and manage service metrics and reports (e.g. incident reporting user satisfaction costs).
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
