We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative procedures managing office resources and supporting the broader team with operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative support functions
Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
Assist in organizing meetings scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Implement office procedures and systems for efficiency
Handle confidential information and ensure data security
Manage office budgets invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate internal communications and team activities
Support onboarding of new employees and maintain HR documentation
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
