- Knowledge and experience in selling Structured Cabling Data Center build-outs CCTV Surveillance projects
- Experience in working with PMC / Consultants / Architects and winning projects with them
- Self-confidence in accepting and achieving Gross Margin Targets through skillful negotiations with the customers and the OEMs.
- Excellence at lead generation adding new customers cross-selling up-selling negotiations and closing deals
- Ensure a customer-first approach and create a service level differentiator by quick turnarounds and any-time availability
- Play the role of a trusted consultant to clients; build and manage trust-based long-term relationships with customer s organization on all levels
- Proficiency and diligence in working with Sales Management Software Systems & CRM and keep updates with commercial technical completion issues etc.
