We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable IT Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team in delivering tailored technology solutions to clients. This role acts as the technical bridge between our sales team and prospective clients ensuring our IT products and services meet the customer s needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
Deliver engaging technical presentations product demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoCs) to prospective clients.
Respond to Request for Information (RFIs) Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other technical documentation as part of the sales process.
Assess customer infrastructure workflows and IT needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
Assist in preparing proposals including solution design pricing and configuration.
Act as a technical advisor and advocate for clients throughout the pre-sales process.
Work with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
Stay current with industry trends new technologies and competitor offerings.
Attend client meetings trade shows and networking events as required.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Cisco CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA certifications.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce ZOHO CRM) and proposal tools.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a technical pre-sales solutions architect or similar client-facing IT role.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure networking cloud solutions (e.g. AWS Azure) cybersecurity and/or software systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients or attend events.
Native Arabic Speaker
